This is A place…

A place where everything connected to this work finally has room to live and grow.

The writing, the early foundations of The Mark of Sin, the beginning blog pieces, the Codex, merchandise, and everything I’ve been building—it’s all starting to come together here.

This site will continue to grow over the next few weeks/months as more sections are added and more content finds its place. Some parts are already visible, while others are still being prepared behind the scenes. This site is my author page—where the writing, the world of The Mark of Sin, my upcoming poetry collection Raw Is Not Soft: The Masks We Sew in Silence, and everything connected to my work will continue to grow together.

The Mark of Sin has its own dedicated hub here, where the world itself will continue expanding. That includes the ongoing growth of the Codex, where deeper lore, symbolism, structures, and hidden connections will gradually take shape for those who enjoy digging into the details and exploring how everything fits together.

Raw Is Not Soft: The Masks We Sew in Silence will also have its place here—holding excerpts, previews, and pieces that don’t always fit into short-form posts. This space allows those words to live outside of social media and continue expanding as the full collection moves closer to completion.

Nine Sacred Woods is the exclusive tangible counterpart, handling the physical side connected to L.K. Tanner—artwork, prints, cosplay, photography, handcrafted pieces, and future merchandise tied to the brand. While the writing lives here, Nine Sacred Woods is where the physical expression of this work will take shape through visual and handcrafted mediums.

What’s Coming Next

As things continue moving forward, more pieces will begin opening up.

A final-stage beta reader sign-up will be introduced soon.

This round will differ from earlier beta reads. The manuscript has already passed through professional editing, and this final stage will focus on refinement—strengthening the details, tightening the structure, and preparing the work for publication.

The Codex will continue expanding as more of the universe is documented—adding structure, depth, and long-term continuity to The Mark of Sin as the world continues to grow, especially for those who enjoy digging into the mechanics and connections behind the story.

A newsletter will also be introduced, offering updates as new content, releases, and expansions continue to move forward.

Photography

Photography sessions will open later this year, with booking availability released through Nine Sacred Woods. More information will be shared as those details are finalized.

Collaborations & Community

If you’re interested in collaborating, creating, or becoming part of what’s growing here, that space is open.

This work has grown through connection, feedback, and creative energy shared between people who connect with the ideas and stories behind it. As things continue to expand, a small group of brand and merchandise ambassadors will also begin forming—individuals who want to help support, represent, and share what’s being created.

Podcasts & Future Content

Many of you have expressed interest in more conversation and deeper discussions around writing, creativity, and storytelling.

As this continues to develop, podcast content will begin taking shape—featuring conversations, guests, and discussions exploring writing, worldbuilding, creativity, and the ideas that fuel these projects.

Quarterly raffles will also be introduced—offering opportunities that go beyond merchandise, including participation in fan-based podcast content and community involvement.

Release Direction

Raw Is Not Soft: The Masks We Sew in Silence is expected to be completed first, moving toward a fall to winter release timeline.

The Mark of Sin will continue moving through its remaining refinement stages following professional editing, with progress updates shared as development continues.

There have been moments where posting hasn’t always been as consistent as intended, and additional support is being brought in behind the scenes to help maintain consistency as everything continues to grow.
